Care data is local-first. Even when you use Family Sharing, export a complete JSON backup before removing the app.
How do I back up or move to a new phone?
Open Me and go to Complete Backup. Export a complete JSON backup to the Files app. After installing XiaoriGuang on the new phone, import the same JSON file from that section.
Why did I not receive a reminder?
Make sure notifications are allowed under iPhone Settings → Notifications → XiaoriGuang, then enable the feeding reminder inside the app. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
How is the next feeding estimate calculated?
The app adds your chosen interval to the most recent feeding record. This is an adjustable care-rhythm reference, so always follow your baby's actual needs.
What should I do if Family Sharing is not syncing?
Confirm that both devices joined the same family and are connected to the internet. Then open Me → Family Sharing and tap Sync Now.
Does a support purchase unlock features?
No. Every feature is free. Support purchases are optional, repeatable contributions and never unlock, restrict, or change functionality.
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot. Do not email sensitive personal information about your baby.
